Refund & Returns Policy – Antique Style Furniture

At Antique Style Furniture, we strive to deliver the highest quality furniture to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the terms outlined below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product has been delivered

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations due to screen display
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Custom-made or customized furniture

2. Return Request Time Limit

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, you must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product
  • Order ID and invoice copy

3. Inspection Process

  • Once we receive your return request, our team will review the photos/videos.
  • If approved, we will arrange for product pickup (if applicable).
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

4. Refund Process

  • After successful inspection, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of approved damage or defect, we offer:
    • Replacement of the same product, OR
    • Store credit (as per customer preference and product availability)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refund for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 working days.

7. Delivery Damage Policy

  • If the packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, please:
    • Do not accept the delivery
    • Inform us immediately with photos/videos

Antique Style Furniture will not be responsible for damage reported after successful delivery without proof.

8. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sharjah, UAE courts only.
